How we work

A process built to
remove surprises.

Software projects rarely fail at the code. They fail at unclear scope, invisible progress and a launch nobody rehearsed. Whether it is a website, an app or an ERP, every project we run follows the same six acts to kill all three.

The method

Six acts, every project,
no exceptions.

Act 01 · Discover

We learn your business before we touch a keyboard.

A week of workshops, floor walks and document collection. We want the exceptions, the workarounds and the arguments — that is where requirements actually hide.

  • Stakeholder workshops
  • Current-state audit
  • Written scope with named risks
Act 02 · Architect

Decisions on paper, where they are cheap.

Data model, module boundaries, API contract, permission matrix, environments and the sprint sequence — agreed and signed before build starts.

  • ERD & service map
  • Clickable prototype
  • Milestone plan
Act 03 · Build

Working software every two weeks.

Each sprint ends with a staging URL, a changelog and a demo. You steer continuously instead of waiting for one launch that either works or does not.

  • Staging demo fortnightly
  • Tests & CI on every merge
  • One shared board
Act 04 · Harden

We attack it before anyone else can.

Load tests at realistic peaks, security review, permission audit, backup and restore rehearsal, and a rollback plan written down rather than improvised.

  • Load & soak tests
  • Security pass
  • Restore drill
Act 05 · Launch

A quiet go-live, by design.

Data migration with reconciliation reports, role-based training, recorded walkthroughs and an engineer watching dashboards through the first live weeks.

  • Reconciled migration
  • Team training
  • Hypercare window
Act 06 · Evolve

The roadmap does not stop at launch.

Monthly releases driven by real usage, a quarterly roadmap review, and monitoring that tells us about a problem before your users do.

  • Monthly releases
  • Quarterly roadmap
  • SLA support
Working agreement

What you get
every single week.

Visibility is not a report we write at the end. It is the default state of the project.

A weekly written update

Where we are, what moved, what is blocked and what lands next — in plain language.

Access to everything

Repository, board, staging and logs from day one. Nothing is hidden behind an account manager.

Direct line to builders

You talk to the engineers writing the code, not a layer that relays your words.

Your assets in your name

Servers, domains, repositories and third-party accounts belong to you from the start.

Standards

Rules we do not bend.

These have been expensive lessons. We keep them even when a deadline argues otherwise.

No fabricated data

If a provider or feed is unavailable, the system reports it as unavailable. It never invents a plausible number.

No secrets in the repo

Credentials live in environment configuration. Signing keys never enter version control.

No untested migration

Every data migration runs against a copy first and produces a reconciliation report before it touches production.

No silent edits

Financial records are corrected by reversal with a reason and a user, never by quietly updating a row.

No big-bang launches

Something real ships in the first month, then grows. A single giant release day is a risk, not a plan.

No undocumented handover

Architecture notes, runbooks and recorded walkthroughs are part of delivery, not an upsell.

FAQ

Questions we get
before the first call

Anything missing? Write to us and a real engineer answers, not a sales script.

Websites and web apps, iOS and Android apps, custom business software, e-commerce, ERP, accounting and trading platforms — plus UI/UX design, cloud & DevOps and AI automation. Many clients start with one service and add others later, because the same team already knows their systems.

A business website typically takes 4–8 weeks, a customised trading front end on an existing backend 6–10 weeks, and a full ERP or accounting rollout 3–6 months depending on branches, warehouses and legacy imports. We always ship in milestones, so you see working software within the first few weeks.

Yes. A large part of our work is inherited systems — PHP/MySQL backends, legacy ERP, half-finished dashboards and apps. We start with an architecture audit, document what exists, then refactor in slices while the business keeps running.

You do. Every repository, server, database and third-party account is created in your name or transferred to it at handover, with documentation and a recorded walkthrough for your own team.

We integrate payment gateways, local bank files, couriers, KYC providers, broker and liquidity APIs and government e-invoicing/tax portals. Where an official API is missing, we build a reconciled import/export bridge instead of guessing.

You pick a support tier: monitored (uptime, alerts, patches), or a dedicated team that keeps shipping features monthly. Either way you get an incident channel, a monthly report and a public changelog.

Good process, boring launches.

That is the whole promise. Let’s start with a discovery call and an honest look at what you have today.
